The MAIN HOUSE is one of two houses. It has about 1,500 sq ft of space, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms.

The bedrooms are 10' x 11' and are nicely appointed. We provide cable TV, and high speed internet.

The gourmet kitchen has hardwood floors, 2 dishwashers, 2 convection ovens, 3 refrigerators, washer & dryer, microwave, warming oven, and a Multi-Pure drinking water system. There is a central heating & cooling system that filters the air 24 hours a day. All the common areas are cleaned weekly.

Gamers will love the Media Room with large screen flat panel TV and wood burning stove. The furnishings are contempory. The premises are secured with a high tech alarm system. There is plenty of on-street parking.

Rooms in this house are single occupancy rooms. They are suited for a non-smoking roommate who is seeking a six month rental commitment. Students and diverse lifestyles are encouraged to apply. We cannot take any pets.
