The house is fully furnished and has cable tv and high speed internet. The guest house is a bit smaller then the main house. It is about 1200 sq feet with three bedrooms and one bathroom.

Updated kitchen, fully equipped, has a steam washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, Multi-Pure drinking water system, etc....

Two of the rooms are 10' x 11'. The third bedroom is larger ( 20' X 15' ) and is in the lower level. Please call or text for current pricing and deposits. It is non-smoking household, Single occupancy only. Lease terms are negotionable.

The house has cable TV and high-speed wireless internet and weekly maid service. The rooms are furnished with queen sized beds and dresser.
